Russian soldiers to be woken with 'pleasant music' ahead of elections
Russia's one million strong army ruled by Vladimir Putin is expecting a vote to cut funds parliamentary elections, as they listen to pleasant music on their ways to the polls. The officials at the defense ministry offers to feed a celibitary breakfast before going to the polls. "The army is a well-controlled, conservative, patriotic institution, and Putin is seen as a (security forces officer) who impresses officers and embodies the understanding of a professional soldier and a good leader," said Mikhail Barabanov
